okie dokie, so my new job with contiki has started. YAY!!

we left London on the 22nd of March and went to Paris for 3 nights to set up the campsite and drop off the Paris site reps. We had a marquee to set up and 60 cabins to clean. Was pretty fun and we got through most of the work quickly because there was so many of us!

now I’m at the Chateau which is my new home for the next months. It’s also where we had our training trip. If you wanna see about where it is, type in Theize, France in Google Maps and that’s the nearest town/village to us and you’ll be able to see where we are in relation to the rest of France.

 we arrived yesterday arvo and i settled in to my room (pics to come). i’ve got a single bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and a sink. I’m in what we call ‘the stables’ and there’s only 2 rooms. I picked my room because of the sink, the other room doesn’t have a sink bu t it is a bigger room. Talking to the girl who lived in the bigger room last year she said she’d pick the room with the sink if she got to choose.
